Time for a Refresh
Spring is the perfect time for some annual maintenance. As the days get longer and your plants start to show signs of new growth, you can:
- Start Fertilizing: Begin feeding your plants with a balanced fertilizer, usually diluted to half-strength, every few weeks.
- Increase Watering: Your plants will be thirstier as they grow, so you'll need to water more often.
- Repot if Needed: If a plant is root-bound, spring is the ideal time to move it to a slightly larger pot.
- Prune: Trim off any dead winter foliage and prune for shape.
